Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to track the status your package.
Tracking typically updates within 48 hours you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
Your estimated transit time does not begin until your order has been fully processed and shipped.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. These times can be longer during busy periods such as sales & holidays.

MiniSUPER Sticker Club ships to any US address via USPS First Class mail, including PO Boxes & many APO/FPO/DPO destinations.
Packages typically arrive 2-3 business days after the shipment date.

USPS First Class Package International: The affordable option.
USPS hands off First Class Package International packages at the border, so the destination country’s local postal service will make the final delivery to the receiver.
Packages generally arrive within 7-21 business days* from the date of shipment depending on the postal service of the destination country.
Online tracking included within the US & throughout the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

DHL Express International: A reliable & quick option.
Packages via DHL arrive 1-6 business days from the date of shipment depending on the destination country & include online tracking.
Available only for Australia, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea & United Kingdom.
Although it’s uncommon, sometimes packages go missing.
If your tracking has updated to “delivered” but you can not locate the package, please try the following steps:
- Inspect all possible areas where the package could have been left.
- Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable).
- Contact your local post office.
If you are still unable to locate the package please report the issue to email@example.com within 15 days of delivery.

Orders shipping outside of the USA may be subject to the customs fees, duties or taxes of the destination country.
All fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
MiniSUPER Sticker Club is not responsible for any fees, duties or taxes collected upon arrival of international shipments.
Note: MiniSUPER Sticker Club will not label customer packages as “gifts” or adjust the items value to avoid customs charges.
The full value & description of your order will be printed on the outside of your package.
Free returns for US customers within 15 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
To process a return, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name & order number.
You will receive a return label & instructions via e-mail.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving your return.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
